Our History
The ancient Ganesh Math located in Ward No. 02 Mata Ma Mohalla of Nagar Parishad Bichua in the tribal region of Bichua Development Block, Chhindwara district, Madhya Pradesh has a very ancient history. The establishment of Shri Mangalmurti was done on a betel nut by the inspiration of Shri Baba Maharaj, the founder of Ganesh Math temple.
On Shukla Chaturthi of Jyeshtha month, Samvat 2052, i.e., June 2, 1995, according to the rules and regulations, Shri Mangalmurti was established with the aim of protection of Hindu religion and collective unification. Looking at the increasing faith of devotees in Ganesh Math day by day, an important meeting was held on January 14, 2018 in Bichua city in the presence of religious lovers and disciples of Baba Maharaj.
In this meeting, the decision to form a committee named Shri Aloni Maharaj Seva Sansthan Bichua was taken with unanimous consent for the renovation of ancient Ganesh Math. Dr. Vaibhav Aloni was appointed as the Mahant of Ganesh Math. According to ancient belief, about 250 years ago, sages called upon Lord Ganesh on a betel nut and performed the consecration ceremony.
The committee renovated Ganesh Math and gave it a grand form. In 2018, from April 11 to 14, in the presence of Akhada Parishad Mahamandleshwar Anant Shri Vibhushit Swami Karunanand Ji Maharaj, the re-consecration of Shri Mangalmurti was performed at Narmada Mission. The committee was registered on May 31, 2019, and the ISO certificate was provided on October 1, 2021.
